Hugo Boss For Women Review*

So recently something very exciting happened to me! I was contacted by Talk PR asking if I would like to take part in reviewing some of the latest Hugo Boss fragrances. Obviously, I jumped to this chance, Like many other girls I have tons of Perfume, and love adding to my collection. I don't actually own any Hugo Boss fragrances so I was really excited about this.

I was only expecting small samples, but actually received five full size bottles, which I was completely over the moon with. I am going to be reviewing all five bottles in different posts, I felt this was easier as you are able to have an in depth review for each one.

The first fragrance I am going to be starting with is Hugo Boss For Women. Hugo Boss is introducing this fragrance for women who want to invent themselves. 'Women who live by the Hugo Attitude: Passionate, bold and always in the forefront of new'.

When unboxing this, I have to admit, I did think the bottle was a little boring. I'm used to unboxing Marc Jacobs perfumes and being amazed at the stunning bottles. However, I didn't let this put me off, after all, it's not all about looks!

I absolutely love the scent of this. I think it is a really good day to day scent. It is quite a light floral fragrance, but has underlying musky tone so its a nice twist from your usual fragrance.

This may sound rather silly, but when wearing this perfume, I do feel quite empowered, I think it is the musky tone in the scent, that makes me feel I can do anything.

I definitely recommend getting this perfume if you want a change from your usual fruity perfume.

Hugo Boss For Women is available to buy for 40ml £35 / 50ml £45 / 75ml £58.

I would like to say a very big thank you to Talk PR for making this possible, and being super generous with these samples.

  4. Ive discovered that I'm attracted to floral perfumes more compared to really strong overbearing ones. Hugo Boss is a classic brand- both clothes and fragrance! x

  9. Fab review. Floral with a but of musk? That sounds just right for me! I might have to give this a little sniff next time I'm in Boots.
